The Role • Provide inbound customer support to students applying for university loans. • Assist students and their families with inquiries regarding payments, eligibility, and funding. • Handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced contact center environment. • Utilize internal knowledge base systems to find and relay accurate information. • Ensure a positive customer experience by actively listening and resolving queries efficiently. • Contribute to supporting students' academic futures through financial guidance.

What You'll Need • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Proficiency in using PC systems and navigating multiple software applications. • Ability to learn and adapt in a structured training environment. • Resilience and problem-solving skills to manage challenging customer interactions. • Strong listening skills and attention to detail. • Flexibility to work within scheduled business hours (Monday - Friday, 8 am - 7 pm).
