333 Capital is an independent Australian corporate advisory firm specialising in M&A transactions and corporate finance roles for large private and ASX listed corporates as well as financial clients. Our approach focusses on tailored client solutions with exceptional service, true independence and dedicated senior management engagement. We are entrepreneurial in our thinking and aligned to client outcomes with a strong track record of transaction success.
We have provided independent M&A and capital raising services to listed companies, private businesses, private equity firms and family offices across Australia since 2005. A snapshot of our transactions can be found here.
333 Capital’s team of experienced professionals, with investment banking and corporate advisory backgrounds, are based in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Given our growing client base, we are looking to expand the team in Sydney.
This is an outstanding opportunity to work with 333 Capital’s highly experienced senior team across all stages of a deal and gain direct client exposure.
You will be supporting the team with:
- Analysing business models
- Financial modelling
- Valuation and research
- Preparing sell-side documents
- Due diligence management
- Deal management and execution
- Helping develop other team members
Candidates will preferably have four to six years' experience gained in investment banking or the corporate advisory area of a professional services firm.
Required skills include:
- Strong financial analysis, valuation and research skills;
- Experience executing sale of private businesses and a familiarity with competitive sale pro
- Ability to undertake detailed financial modelling;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to think critically and take initiative whilst demonstrating team-oriented values; and
- Tertiary qualifications in an accounting or finance related field.
