Sr Program Manager
Location: Orlando, Florida (Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking a senior Program Manager to lead a high-visibility, enterprise-wide Invoice Accuracy initiative. This program focuses on improving invoice accuracy across multiple systems and business processes to reduce errors, enhance customer experience, and increase operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a seasoned, highly organized leader who can coordinate multiple business and IT teams, drive accountability, and lead a complex transformation from discovery through execution.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support an Invoice Accuracy initiative within Finance and Operations, addressing issues such as disputes, inaccuracies, credits, and pricing errors.
• Drive the project forward by managing timelines and ensuring deliverables are met, acting as a "Steward of the Clock."
• Coordinate efforts between Accounting, Finance, and Technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead executive stakeholder management and facilitate cross-functional program governance.
• Develop and establish KPIs and measurement capabilities for invoice accuracy.
• Oversee business process improvements, technology enhancements, and operational controls.
• Navigate a continuous discovery and delivery model involving multiple workstreams.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including the VP of Operations and Finance C-suite.

Required Qualifications
Experience:

• Senior-level experience as a Program Manager leading large-scale business transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience working with both IT and Finance/Accounting teams.
• Proven experience in financial management, including resource allocation, forecasting, project cost, budget, and actuals.
• Familiarity with finance and accounting concepts such as GAP, CapEx, and OpEx.
• Background in process improvement, operational excellence, and technology delivery across multiple teams.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Agile and continuous delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at an accounting firm is preferred.
