The Role

• Partner with directors of finance and other departments to ensure accurate and timely recording of journal entries and transactions.
• Serve as an initial point of contact for accountants, providing guidance on transaction recording and policies.
• Perform daily and monthly account reconciliations for cash and assigned balance sheet/income statement accounts.
• Identify and resolve financial issues, implementing processes and controls to prevent recurrence.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including month-end, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Support budget, forecasting, and audit processes as needed.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of five years of relevant accounting experience, or a combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP principles.
• Experience assisting with financial reporting and reconciliations.
