Job description
Deliver complex data centre and ICT infrastructure outcomes across a major Australian Government technology program, supporting infrastructure design, service improvement, technical change, incident recovery and operational delivery.
Location:QLD, SA
Contract Duration: 12 months + 2 x 12-month extensions
Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline
Closing Date: 10.00am, Thursday, 22 October 2026
- Coordinate and implement ICT infrastructure changes, projects and technical activities.
- Lead major incident response, recovery and root cause analysis for complex technical issues.
- Deliver infrastructure architecture, operational design, rack allocation, power utilisation and cabling outcomes.
- Provide technical advice, improve service reliability and develop technical standards and operational procedures.
- Availability management Level 4 capability across service reliability, maintainability and serviceability.
- IT infrastructure Level 4 capability, providing technical expertise across operational procedures.
- Problem management Level 3 capability, investigating issues and implementing remedies and preventative measures.
- Experience across systems design, complex installation/removal and simple scripting or software development.
Due to the nature of this environment, candidates must hold a current Baseline clearance.
