Pediatrician (m/f/d) for Neuropediatric Training | Kolbermoor, Germany | On-site We are a leading national medical center focused on pediatric neurology, neuro-rehabilitation, and epileptology, renowned for our specialized care in epilepsy surgery and rehabilitation. Our multidisciplinary team provides comprehensive treatment for children and adolescents with complex neurological conditions, fostering a highly specialized and interdisciplinary approach to medicine. The Role • Undergo structured neuropediatric training in accordance with internal curricula, accommodating individual interests. • Gain experience across all areas of the specialized center, including epilepsy surgery monitoring, conservative epileptology, intermediate care, and rehabilitation. • Develop expertise in interpreting EEGs and cMRTs, motor skills assessment, assistive device provision, and botulinum toxin treatment. • Specialize in epileptology through video-EEG long-term monitoring (invasive and non-invasive) and intraoperative monitoring, with the opportunity to obtain an EEG certificate. • Participate in a certified epilepsy center focused on pre-surgical diagnostics and epilepsy surgery, utilizing modern diagnostic and therapeutic methods. • Benefit from regular 1:1 supervision and teaching by epileptology senior physicians for targeted professional development. What You'll Need • A strong interest in neuropediatrics and epileptology; prior experience is a bonus but not essential. • A collaborative spirit and enjoyment of working within an interdisciplinary team. • High levels of empathy and dedication to caring for children with severe and chronic illnesses and their families. • A medical degree and relevant professional experience in pediatrics.
