IT Product Manager - Treasury & Finance

The Senior SAP Treasury IT Product Manager leads the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Treasury solutions that support global finance operations. This role partners with Treasury and Finance leaders to translate business strategy into scalable technology, owns the end-to-end Treasury product lifecycle, and guides internal and partner teams through design, configuration, testing, and deployment. The position also drives innovation, governance, and global collaboration across regions in a hybrid work setting with regular travel.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the SAP Treasury technology vision, strategy, and product roadmap in alignment with corporate objectives.
• Lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4
• HANA Treasury solutions including cash, liquidity, TRM, and BCM.
• Partner with Treasury and Finance leaders to translate business strategies into technology investments and product backlogs.
• Provide solution architecture leadership and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and integration standards.
• Guide global cross-functional and vendor teams using agile delivery practices to achieve defined product outcomes.
• Define and track KPIs to measure product value, performance, adoption, and risk reduction across Treasury processes.
• Communicate priorities, risks, incidents, and roadmap updates to stakeholders across Treasury, Finance, IT, and other functions.
• Mentor and develop Treasury technology team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
