The Role • Provide competent fundamental and treatment nursing care for patients. • Monitor critically ill and ventilated patients, actively participating in resuscitation services. • Collaborate autonomously within an interdisciplinary treatment team alongside physicians and therapists. • Contribute to the development of work processes and introduce innovative ideas into nursing practice. • Engage in diverse nursing tasks across various departments including internal medicine, cardiology, neurology, thoracic surgery, and visceral/vascular surgery.
