The Role • Provide fundamental care for gerontopsychiatric patients as part of a holistic nursing process. • Support and facilitate group activities, working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. • Offer comprehensive care and support to patients and their families with empathy and expertise. • Accurately document all nursing interventions and relevant risk assessments. • Participate in specialized psychiatric-psychotherapeutic work, including the development of home treatment teams. What You'll Need • Completed 1-year vocational training as a nursing assistant. • Ability to work independently and conscientiously, prioritizing patient needs. • Strong communication and empathy skills when interacting with patients, families, and colleagues. • High level of teamwork, reliability, and responsibility within an interdisciplinary setting. • Commitment to continuous professional and personal development.
