Regional Field Recruiter - Construction

Erie Home, a national leader in premium residential roofing and exterior remodeling, is seeking a Regional Field Recruiter to fuel growth across our construction crews and sales teams. In this performance-driven, team-oriented role, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for field positions-sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent in multiple markets. You'll build pipelines through job boards, trade schools, and events while partnering with leaders to forecast needs. Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for field and installation roles across assigned region
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop sourcing strategies
• Attend job fairs, trade schools, and industry events to build talent pipelines
• Post and manage job ads across online boards, social media, and industry networks
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate in person or virtual interviews
• Track candidate activity and update applicant tracking systems accurately
• Support onboarding and handoff of hired candidates to field leadership
• Monitor regional recruiting metrics and adjust strategies to meet hiring goals
