Job Description:

We are looking for a Sr. Business Analyst/ Data Analyst with at least 6+ years of IT experience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior IT Business/Data Analyst who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. This individual will lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and data-driven decision support while helping deliver technology solutions that drive measurable business value.

Job Duties:

1. Business Analysis & Requirements Leadership (40%)

Lead discovery sessions

Gather and document requirements

Create process flows (As-Is / To-Be)

Manage stakeholder alignment

Write acceptance criteria

Support UAT

2. Data Analysis & SQL (35%)

SQL

Data profiling

Data quality analysis

Trend/anomaly identification

Source-to-target mapping

Reporting requirements

3. Enterprise Systems / Integrations (25%)

APIs

Integrations

Data flows

Reporting platforms

Migrations

Vendors

Additional desired (Nice to have experience):

Analyze current and future-state business processes

Evaluate automation and AI-driven opportunities

Support vendor evaluations, application assessments, and technology reviews

Ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements through deployment

Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
