Senior Full-Stack Developer (Backend Focus)

About the Role

This is a backend-focused full-stack role at an early-stage B2B SaaS company building an AI-powered enterprise content platform. You will own the architecture of the core content engine and scale the systems that power the platform, working directly with the founding team during a critical growth phase.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs that power a large-scale content optimization platform.

• Contribute across the full stack, including frontend work, to ship features end-to-end.

• Set up autonomous, high-throughput workflows for large-scale content processing.

• Ship fast and iterate closely with the team to continuously improve platform systems.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with a strong backend focus.

• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for backend development.

• Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, or data processing tasks.

• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications using containerization tools such as Docker.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Valid work permit to work in Germany.
