SW Engineer with Security Clearance

Required skills: o Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics or related STEM degree o 4-9 years of professional experience, technical leadership or mentorship experience o Experience with C++ or other strong object oriented programming experience.

C++ is ideal and key o Agile release planning, sprint planning, and scrum o Demonstrated analytical, applied mathematics and problem-solving skills o Strong written and oral communication skills o Strong technical documentation skills o Active Secret or higher Clearance Desired skills: o Strong mathematics background in linear algebra, statistical analysis and signal processing o Functional knowledge of Radar systems, subsystems and designs with familiarity of design tools for radar modeling o Radar systems development experience including algorithms, software, data analysis, and modeling and simulation o Technical leadership experience with program execution o Demonstrated analytical, applied mathematics and problem-solving skills
