Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager with a passion for Dance & Electronic music to join an inspiring independent record label, with a strong global reputation and an impressive roster of established and emerging artists.

Working closely with the marketing team, you'll lead creative, data-driven campaigns across multiple electronic music labels, driving streaming, social growth and artist development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver innovative marketing campaigns for releases and artists
  • Manage artist relationships and ensure campaigns are delivered effectively
  • Lead creative briefs and manage internal and external creative teams
  • Manage campaign budgets and optimise marketing spend
  • Work closely with social and brand teams to maximise campaign reach
  • Attend events, shoots and studio sessions to capture campaign content
  • Present campaign updates to senior management and the wider team

About You

  • Previous experience in Music Marketing, ideally within a record label
  • Strong knowledge and passion for Dance & Electronic music
  • Proven experience delivering successful music marketing campaigns
  • Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Threads, Discord and Twitch
  • Creative, organised and highly detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong digital/IT skills, including Google Workspace
  • Basic Photoshop, Premiere/Final Cut Pro and Excel skills are desirable
