Job Title: Field Service Engineer Salary: £32,700 - £35,900 (dependent on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:00am – 4:30pm Overtime: Available as and when required Due to an increasing workload, we are recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join a well-established, employee-focused company.

Your responsibilities will include:<br />Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on customer equipment<br />Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults<br />Completing planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs<br />Conducting safety inspections and ensuring equipment remains compliant<br />Completing accurate service reports and job documentation<br />Managing your workload efficiently while delivering excellent customer service<br />Liaising with the parts department to ensure the correct components are sourced and fittedWhat you'll need:<br />Previous experience as a Forklift Engineer or Powered Access Engineer is preferred<br />Strong mechanical, electrical and hydraulic fault-finding skills<br />Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule<br />A professional, reliable and customer-focused approach<br />Full UK driving licence<br />Candidates must be based within the DG, KA, PA, and G postcode areasYour Package:<br />Basic Salary: £32,700 - £35,900 (dependent on experience)<br />40-hour working week, Monday to Friday (8:00am – 4:30pm)<br />Overtime available as required<br />25 days annual leave, increasing to 28 days with service<br />Company pension scheme<br />Company van and fuel card (with personal use allowed)
