The Role

• Source, develop leads, prospect, and continually network to build a robust client base.
• Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed ambitious monthly goals.
• Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with prospective and current clients.
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Cultivate a self-motivated and committed approach to building a profitable business.

What You'll Need

• Previous sales experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to qualify for and maintain necessary insurance licenses (Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life).
• Proficiency in computer use and strong organizational skills.
• High school diploma required; a college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass background, credit check, and drug screening.
