What You'll Need • Previous sales experience is highly preferred. • Ability to qualify for and maintain necessary insurance licenses (Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life). • Proficiency in computer use and strong organizational skills. • High school diploma required; a college degree is a plus. • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. • Ability to pass background, credit check, and drug screening.
