The Role

• Ensure the smooth operation of technical building equipment within your assigned areas.
• Conduct maintenance, inspections, and repairs on technical systems and machinery, including troubleshooting.
• Assemble and disassemble metal structures, doors, and gates.
• Independently resolve malfunctions and optimize operational processes.
• Document daily work activities using mobile devices.

What You'll Need

• Technical training as a mechanic, locksmith, metalworker, industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, metal builder, welder, or equivalent qualification.
• Customer-oriented and dedicated individuals who value teamwork and reliability.
• Prior professional experience is advantageous, but motivated career changers and recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
