Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with strong Network Security and IT Infrastructure experience to lead complex cybersecurity and network security initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong program management skills along with enough technical knowledge to work effectively with network, security, cloud, and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Network Security programs, including firewalls, VPN/secure remote access, network segmentation, and hybrid cloud connectivity.
• Lead PQC readiness assessment, including discovery, analysis, high-level design, and budget confirmation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Cloud.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, RAID logs, timelines, and program milestones.
• Coordinate vendors, SOWs, budgets, SLAs, and deliverables.
• Develop KPIs and provide regular program status updates to senior leadership.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure governance standards are followed.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Technical Program / Project Management experience.
• Strong understanding of Network Security, Firewalls, and Network Protocols.
• Experience with IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, and Security programs.
• Knowledge of Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, Check Point, VPN, Network Segmentation is highly desirable.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Hybrid/Multi-Cloud environments.
• Strong vendor management, budget, SOW, SLA, and risk management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications

PMP, CISSP, CISM, CRISC or similar certifications are a plus.
