The Role • Support the Clinical Trial Associate and/or Contracting team in clinical research as a Trial Support. • Continuously manage and archive study documents, along with their administration. • Assist in the creation of study and ethics/regulatory submission documents. • Manage contracts across various indications. • Distribute study materials and perform general data entry. • Support contracting activities for study agreements, including tracking, dispatch, quality control, and archiving. What You'll Need • Successfully completed vocational training as a BTA, CTA, or equivalent qualification. • Initial professional experience in commercial or administrative roles. • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite. • Fluent written and spoken English and German. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Independent and structured work approach.
