Foundational Program Management Establish program governance, planning, reporting, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery controls.

Large Deal Program Management Lead end-to-end execution of large/strategic deals, coordinating multiple teams, workstreams, timelines, and deliverables.

Executive & Stakeholder Management Manage senior stakeholders, provide program status and KPIs, drive escalations/resolutions, and ensure successful delivery against business and client commitments.
