Title: Technical Program Manager with AI

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid-Onsite)

12+ Month Contract

 

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, execution, and successful deployment of complex B2B products and platforms, with a strong focus on AI-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, program management excellence, and business acumen to drive cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch and adoption.

This role requires expertise in managing large-scale product rollouts, coordinating engineering and business stakeholders, and understanding emerging AI technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and enterprise AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Product Rollout Management

· Lead end-to-end delivery of B2B product implementations, launches, and customer rollouts.

· Develop and manage program roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, risks, and release plans.

· Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, UX, Data Science, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.

· Establish rollout strategies, change management plans, and customer onboarding processes.

· Drive program governance, status reporting, issue resolution, and executive communications.

· Ensure successful adoption and value realization for customers.

Stakeholder & Customer Management

· Serve as the primary point of coordination between internal teams and external customers.

· Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and program reviews.

· Manage customer expectations, rollout readiness, and escalation resolution.

· Develop communication plans and executive presentations for leadership.

Delivery Excellence

· Drive Agile delivery practices and release management processes.

· Manage budget, capacity planning, resource allocation, and vendor coordination.

· Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

· Ensure compliance with security, privacy, regulatory, and governance requirements.

Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to improve personal productivity, program delivery, and decision-making.

Regular use of Generative AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent AI assistants for research, content creation, analysis, and workflow automation.

Experience utilizing AI for:

· Creating project plans, status reports, executive presentations, and meeting summaries.

· Generating business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.

· Risk identification, dependency analysis, and decision support.

· Data analysis, reporting, and synthesis of large volumes of information.

· Automating routine project management and operational tasks.

· Strong understanding of AI limitations, responsible AI practices, data privacy, and governance considerations.

· Ability to identify opportunities for embedding AI capabilities into business processes, product offerings, and program delivery models.

· Experience driving AI adoption among teams and promoting AI-powered ways of working.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

· 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Delivery, or Enterprise Technology Programs.

· Proven experience managing large-scale B2B SaaS or enterprise product rollouts.

· Experience working with software engineering, product management, and customer-facing teams.

· Strong understanding of cloud technologies and modern software development practices.

· Demonstrated ability to lead multiple concurrent programs in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience delivering AI-powered, GenAI, or machine learning-enabled products.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or AWS AI services.

· PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certifications.

· Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Product Management tools.

· MBA or advanced degree preferred.
