Role Description: 
The Engagement Technology team is seeking a Technical Product Owner to help translate business needs into well-defined, AI-enabled delivery outcomes. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of business analysis, agile delivery, AI-DLC coaching, governance coordination, and blocker resolution. You will partner with product, engineering, operations, governance, vendors, and business stakeholders to define requirements, manage backlogs, coordinate dependencies, and ensure AI solutions move efficiently from idea through compliant delivery. This role is ideal for someone who can turn ambiguity into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, delivery plans, and decision-ready recommendations while using AI tools to accelerate requirements management, documentation, prioritization, traceability, and stakeholder alignment.

Primary Responsibilities:
•            Product Ownership, Requirements & Backlog Management
o            Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, clarify, document, and prioritize requirements, use cases, user journeys, decision flows, and acceptance criteria
o            Use AI tools to accelerate requirements discovery, summarize stakeholder input, identify gaps and conflicts, draft user stories, and maintain traceability from business objective to delivered capability
o            Manage product backlogs, feature priorities, dependencies, sprint readiness, release scope, and cross-team coordination across multiple workstreams
o            Translate ambiguous business needs into actionable epics, features, stories, acceptance criteria, testable outcomes, and implementation-ready requirements
o            Drive execution with engineering, QA, business analysts, vendors, governance partners, and business stakeholders to maintain momentum and delivery transparency
o            Track milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, actions, assumptions, and decisions, ensuring blockers are visible, owned, escalated, and resolved quickly
o            Maintain roadmaps, delivery plans, integrated schedules, leadership reporting, status updates, program documentation, and decision logs
•            AI-DLC Coaching, Governance & Compliance Coordination
o            Coach teams on AI-DLC practices, required artifacts, stage gates, delivery expectations, and responsible AI considerations throughout the delivery lifecycle
o            Coordinate governance workflows, reviews, approvals, risk documentation, evidence collection, stakeholder inputs, and follow-up actions needed to advance AI initiatives
o            Use AI to organize governance requirements, prepare review materials, summarize decisions, track open questions, and keep project teams aligned on compliance obligations
o            Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical solutions, governance timelines, delivery milestones, and operational readiness expectations
•            Stakeholder Alignment, Communication & Change Enablement
o            Bridge business, technical, governance, and operational perspectives, ensuring stakeholders share a clear understanding of scope, priorities, decisions, and trade-offs
o            Create concise communications, training materials, rollout plans, stakeholder updates, and adoption support for new AI-enabled capabilities
o            Facilitate decision-making by turning complex delivery, governance, and requirements questions into clear options, recommendations, and next steps
•            Success Measures
o            Delivers clear, actionable, implementation-ready requirements that reduce rework and accelerate engineering execution
o            Improves delivery predictability by keeping backlogs, dependencies, risks, blockers, and decisions visible and actively managed
o            Helps teams successfully navigate AI-DLC and governance requirements without slowing delivery momentum
o            Uses AI responsibly and effectively to improve requirements quality, documentation speed, stakeholder alignment, and delivery transparency
o            Builds trusted working relationships with business, technology, governance, and leadership stakeholders
Required skills:
•            Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field
•            5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or similar role supporting enterprise technology initiatives
•            Experience gathering, documenting, validating, and managing business requirements, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, process flows, and decision documentation
•            Experience using AI tools to support requirements management, backlog analysis, meeting synthesis, documentation generation, stakeholder communication, and delivery planning
•            Experience with Agile delivery, scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritization, dependency management, and release coordination
•            Ability to translate complex business, technical, operational, and governance requirements into clear, actionable work for engineering and delivery teams
•            Strong blocker management, risk management, issue resolution, facilitation, and decision-making skills
•            Experience coordinating governance reviews, compliance inputs, approval workflows, documentation requests, and cross-functional stakeholder follow-ups
•            Familiarity with AI delivery lifecycle practices, responsible AI concepts, model or agent governance, risk documentation, and enterprise approval processes
•            Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to engage technical teams, business partners, governance groups, vendors, and executive audiences
•            Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Aha!, Microsoft Teams, Office, Copilot, and related collaboration or delivery management platforms
Desired skills:
•            Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Analysis, Agile, SAFe, or comparable certification
•            Experience coaching teams through AI-DLC, responsible AI, governance, compliance, risk, privacy, legal, or security review processes
•            Experience supporting AI, automation, data, analytics, marketing technology, customer engagement, or digital transformation programs
•            Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving requirements, multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities
•            Experience designing lightweight templates, playbooks, dashboards, or repeatable delivery practices that help teams consistently manage AI requirements and governance artifacts
•            Familiarity with document composition, print and digital communications ecosystems, migration programs, enterprise technology platforms, EngageOne, Quadient, or other composition systems
