Engineering Intelligence and Observability Lead - Jellyfish

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Jellyfish or similar engineering intelligence platforms

SDLC tools integration with GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jira

Agile delivery metrics

Software engineering lifecycle

Reporting dashboards and analytics frameworks

Stakeholder management

AI/ML DLC and observability preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead onboarding, configuration, and operationalization of Jellyfish

Provide delivery lifecycle and work orchestration visibility

Enable tracking of productivity, throughput, cycle time, bottlenecks

Integrate with ADO, GitHub, and Jira

Design dashboards for leadership and delivery governance

Collaborate with AI DLC and App Ops/Observability teams

Support tool ecosystem scaling

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Stakeholder management

Direct work with product/engineering teams

High-pressure delivery readiness
