MLOps Engineer

looking for a Senior Software / ML Engineer with strong MLOps experience who can help bridge the gap between traditional data science work and production engineering.
This team has historically operated more like a traditional Data Science organization, with models being developed and trained primarily in Databricks. The team is now evolving toward a stronger engineering model where those machine learning outputs need to be operationalized and made available to real production systems.
The ideal candidate does not need to be a traditional Data Scientist. We are looking for someone who understands how machine learning models are developed, but whose strength is taking those models and making them usable in production through APIs, pipelines, infrastructure, monitoring, and downstream integrations.
Strong AWS experience remains important. Experience with Bedrock, Generative AI, or agentic AI is valuable, but this role is more heavily weighted toward traditional ML engineering and MLOps than pure LLM development.
