The Role

• Drive store and personal sales goals, exceeding performance standards.
• Train and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and feedback.
• Supervise and manage all daily store operations in the absence of store management.
• Oversee Loss Prevention practices to safeguard store assets.
• Ensure a fun, full-service customer experience and effectively resolve customer issues.
• Uphold company policies and contribute to a positive team environment.

What You'll Need

• Prior retail sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• A desire to succeed and a willingness to learn.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
