Must have Skills: RAN+ Looker AND AND TELECOM DOMAIN EXP WITH Telecommunication


Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing RAN network performance using telecom KPIs, counters, and performance data to identify service-impacting issues, capacity constraints, and optimization opportunities.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Looker/Looker Studio for developing dashboards, data visualization, reporting, and actionable insights, with the ability to collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer teams to drive performance improvements.

Primary Responsibility-
Monitor, analyze, and optimize Radio Access Network (RAN) performance by leveraging telecom KPIs, counters, and network performance data to identify service-affecting issues, capacity bottlenecks, and opportunities for network improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze RAN performance metrics, KPIs, counters, and trends.
Identify and troubleshoot network performance degradations, coverage issues, and capacity constraints.
Recommend and support optimization initiatives to improve network quality and customer experience.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Google Looker / Looker Studio.
Transform large telecom datasets into actionable insights and performance reports.
Perform data visualization, trend analysis, and executive reporting.
Collaborate with RAN Engineering, Operations, and Customer-facing teams to drive performance improvements and operational efficiency.
Provide data-driven recommendations for network optimization and service quality enhancement.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of RAN technologies (4G/LTE, 5G NR) and telecom performance KPIs.
Experience in analyzing network counters, performance statistics, and optimization data.
Hands-on expertise in Google Looker / Looker Studio for:
Dashboard development
Data modeling
Reporting and visualization
Performance analytics
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate technical data into business and operational insights.
