Domestic Content Adder Compliance Auditor (DCACA)
Location: Juno Beach, Florida (Hybrid)
Role Overview
The Domestic Content Adder Compliance Auditor (DCACA) will support domestic content compliance for renewable energy projects through detailed manual document reviews, audit support, and document control. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, and reviewing contractor and vendor submissions against project-specific requirements. The DCACA will confirm the completeness, accuracy, consistency, and traceability of supporting records, document deficiencies, maintain review logs, and coordinate the timely resolution of documentation gaps.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed manual reviews of DCA-related documentation, including contractor submissions, vendor records, project exhibits, and compliance attestations.
  • Evaluate documents for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness.
  • Maintain document control practices by organizing submissions, applying naming conventions, and tracking versions.
  • Document review outcomes, deficiencies, discrepancies, and unresolved risks in designated trackers or compliance systems.
  • Issue clear deficiency notices and corrective action requests to resolve documentation gaps.
  • Maintain an auditable review trail, including intake dates, review status, and resolution history.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and project teams to clarify documentation requirements and resolve gaps.
  • Prepare periodic status updates for management summarizing open items, audit risks, and recommended remediation steps.
  • Support audit and compliance reviews by compiling requested documentation and explaining review status.
  • Assist in the overall management of assigned projects to ensure compliance with budgetary, scheduling, and safety goals.
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Audit, Compliance, Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or a related field is required. An Associate's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Land Surveying is also considered.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in audit support, compliance documentation, document control, contract administration, or similar work requiring detailed manual review. Experience managing project execution (0-5 years), including vendor and contractor coordination, is also relevant.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and document management tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Experience supporting renewable energy projects and/or familiarity with tax credit documentation or domestic content requirements.
  • Experience maintaining audit-ready files, deficiency logs, and document review trackers.
Work Environment
  • This role is office-based but may require travel to project sites as needed (up to 25%).
  • Must be physically capable of maintaining prolonged periods of sitting or standing with intermittent kneeling or bending.
  • Must be physically capable of walking on the job site on varied, uneven terrain and in varied weather elements.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds at a time.
