Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a specialist resource with hands-on experience in Microsoft Planner (Planner 5) to assist with the implementation and configuration of the tool across a portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and assist with the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Planner (Planner 5)
• Analyse current implementation challenges and recommend practical solutions
• Enable improved demand vs capacity management insights
• Work closely with PMO and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
• Provide guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams
• Ensure solutions align with Federal Government standards and governance requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Planner / Planner 5
• Strong understanding of project portfolio reporting and planning tools
• Experience supporting demand and capacity management use cases
• Ability to work independently and deliver hands-on implementation support
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Mandatory Requirements

• Active NV1 Security Clearance
• Ability to work on-site in Canberra
• Experience working in a Federal Government environment (highly regarded)
