Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Network Technical Support Engineer to provide post-launch support for a large-scale broadband network. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on troubleshooting skills across Layer 2/Layer 3, broadband access, routing, IP, and transport networks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot complex issues involving connectivity, latency, packet loss, routing, and network performance.
  • Perform end-to-end fault isolation across access, aggregation, transport, IP, and customer connectivity.
  • Troubleshoot VLAN, QinQ, Ethernet, ARP, DHCP, DNS, IPv4/IPv6, BGP, OSPF/IS-IS, VRF, NAT/CGNAT, and QoS.
  • Analyze packet captures, logs, alarms, routing tables, interface counters, and network telemetry.
  • Support broadband technologies including FTTH, GPON/XGS-PON, OLT/ONT, BNG/BRAS, RADIAAA, and subscriber management.
  • Lead incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
  • Collaborate with NOC, Network Engineering, Operations, Architecture, Service Assurance, and vendors.
  • Develop troubleshooting procedures, runbooks, and recommendations to improve network stability.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of Network Engineering, Network Operations, or Technical Support experience.
  • Strong production experience with L2/L3 networking, TCP/IP, routing, and broadband networks.
  • Hands-on experience with network CLI, Wireshark/tcpdump, monitoring, and troubleshooting tools.
  • Experience supporting large-scale, multi-vendor production networks.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Python/Ansible and networking certifications such as CCNA/CCNP or JNCIA/JNCIP are a plus.
