The Role

• Greet all customers promptly and courteously
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to post-purchase follow-up
• Educate customers on vehicle features, benefits, and available financing options
• Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage customer interactions and track progress
• Achieve required unit sales averages and maintain key performance metrics
