The Role • Ensure the smooth functioning of technical systems at the site. • Independently conduct inspections, maintenance, and testing, as well as repairs of building technology and electronic systems. • Proactively resolve malfunctions and optimize operational processes. • Perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with current regulations. • Digitally document all activities using mobile devices, including work orders and maintenance logs. What You'll Need • Technical training as an electrician, electronics technician (building technology, automation technology, operations technology), or a comparable qualification. • Preferably several years of professional experience, though motivated career starters with a desire for further training are also welcome. • Customer-oriented, engaged, and reliable individual with strong teamwork skills. • Service-oriented demeanor and an independent, responsible working style. • German language skills (Level B2) and a valid Class B driver's license.
