Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 years of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 12 months within the last 24 months (2 years).
• 12 months of travel experience is required.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
• 12 months of acute care experience with 12 months within the last 24 months (2 years).
• 12 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required.

Requirements

• Candidates must have a Maine license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local && travel allowed. Candidates living • Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted.
• Staff, Part-Time, and Per Diem employees currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Shift may be 7am to 7:30 pm or 7pm to 7:30 am.
75% weekends required.

Floating Requirements

Float to Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, and CTICU based on HCP experience. Float to any IMC within the organization, where patient ratios are 1:3. You will float to SICU, MICU, Neuro ICU, and CICU. You will be expected to care for basic ICU patients in each department, including patients who are sedated, intubated, or on pressors, but you will not care for high-complexity patients such as those requiring CRRT.

Because this is a float pool position, you will need to be flexible with assignments and may take multiple different assignments in the same shift if needed.
14 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
1 Manager reference required from within the last 2 years
Driver’s license required for submission
