About The Role

• You will elicit, analyse, communicate, and validate business and user requirements for processes, policies, and information systems
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
• You will be responsible for conducting technical analysis, developing and maintaining documentation, facilitating workshops, ensuring compliance with industry standards, supporting end-to-end project activities, and providing expertise in payments industry trends
• You will develop and manage change controls to ensure proper documentation and approval of changes

What You Will Need

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in the payments industry
• Strong understanding of payment processing systems and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in developing and managing change controls
