Senior Pega Developer

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Pega Developer for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role is for a hands-on Senior Pega Developer responsible for the Base team for Pega applications within Operations Technology. The position focuses on driving production stability, enhancements, risk management, and compliance issues through the design and development of complex Pega Infinity workflow applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex Pega Infinity workflow applications including re-usable classes, frameworks, and component/UI design to provide scalable and resilient solutions
• Design and implement PEGA Enterprise Class Rules, Flows, Activities, Reports, Correspondence, Case Management, Integrations, Data Pages, Agents, and UI design
• Automate testing, package deployment, verification, and application monitoring
• Perform Pega server configuration and Oracle database query optimization for performance testing, execution, and troubleshooting
• Adhere to Agile Kanban, Pega code reviews, guardrail compliance, and UI design system best practices including Pega Cosmos

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Senior Pega Developer
• PEGA CLSA/CSSA certification
• Experience with Pega / PegaRules Process Commander (PRPC)
• Proficiency with Oracle SQL, JavaScript, Java, HTML, CSS3, SOAP, REST/JSON, XML, and UI/COSMOS

Desired skills:

• Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Splunk
• Knowledge of Kafka, Hadoop, Selenium, Microservices, and APIs
• Experience with deployment automation, unit test automation, and CI/CD tools

Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94 per hour
