We are seeking a
Regional
Sales Representative to join the team in Connecticut. This leadership role is responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, overseeing key customer accounts, and partnering with ownership to drive sales growth throughout New England. What You'll Do
Manage strategic customer relationships and oversee key accounts across Massachusetts and Connecticut, also some of Rhode Island, Maine and Vermont
Work with ownership to establish sales goals, monitor performance, and execute growth strategies
Oversee the sales process from opportunity through project completion, ensuring exceptional customer service and project execution
Provide leadership through transparency, communication, and hands-on support for the sales team
Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure customer expectations are met and business objectives are achieved
Travel approximately 50% throughout the assigned territory to support customers and sales staff
Must-Haves:
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to lead by example
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to establish goals and execute measurable business objectives
Ability to work collaboratively with ownership while maintaining transparency and accountability
Willingness to travel throughout New England as needed
Nice-to-Haves:
Construction, aggregates or asphalt industry experience
Business development or key account management experience
Advanced computer and CRM proficiency
Experience working with contractors, municipalities, or heavy civil construction customers
