Haustechniker / Anlagenmechaniker (m/w/d) Sanitär-, Heizungs-, Klimatechnik | Eutin, Germany | On-site

This employer is seeking a skilled technician to join their technical team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining essential building systems and ensuring the smooth operation of their facilities. The Role

  • Conduct ongoing maintenance for sanitary, heating, and climate systems in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Ensure legally compliant documentation of all services and support the maintenance of system documentation within the CAFM system.
  • Collaborate effectively with the building services team across all maintenance areas.
  • Provide expert support for construction and maintenance tasks undertaken by other departments and external companies.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support as needed.

What You'll Need

  • Completed vocational training as an installation mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning systems, or a similar qualification.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and good IT skills; experience with CAFM systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze technical problems, identify issues, and implement reliable solutions.
  • A proactive, team-oriented, and service-driven attitude, with a willingness to undertake further training.
  • Several years of professional experience and a valid driver's license class B.
