This organization is part of a larger national group dedicated to advancing medical treatment across numerous specialties. They are looking for motivated physicians to join their Psychiatry and Psychotherapy department.

The Role

• Take lead on patient treatment, including admissions and discharge reports, under senior physician supervision.
• Conduct psychotherapeutic treatments individually and in groups, guided by experienced colleagues.
• Actively participate in all clinical routines, including handovers, team meetings, rounds, and on-call duties.
• Engage with the biopsychosocial model of illness, collaborating with various medical and scientific disciplines.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and expansion of the Home Treatment Team and other patient-centered initiatives.

What You'll Need

• A successfully completed medical degree with a valid medical license or professional permit.
• A genuine interest in psychiatry and a commitment to treating patients with respect and empathy.
• Ability to thrive in an interdisciplinary team environment and embrace modern psychiatric approaches.
• Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a desire to handle complex medical tasks within a multidisciplinary setting.
