Position: Power BI Senior Developer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 11–15 years of overall IT experience, with extensive expertise in Business Intelligence and Analytics.

• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including:

• Data modeling, DAX, Power Query, Report and dashboard development, Performance optimization, Row-level security (RLS), Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate for workflow and business process automation.

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and related services.

• Experience with ETL tools and data integration platforms.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

• Experience integrating data from multiple sources, including cloud-based and on-premises systems.

• Understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and BI best practices.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Power BI.

• Create and optimize complex data models, DAX calculations, measures, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet business needs.

• Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.

• Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable reporting and automation solutions.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, security, and performance across all reporting solutions.

• Optimize reports, troubleshooting issues, and fine-tune performance for large datasets.

• Provide support for implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance of Power Platform solutions.
