The Role

• Manage an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts, focusing on excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Proactively confer with customers to determine reasons for overdue payments and maintain low portfolio aging.
• Collaborate with a team to minimize outstanding balances and bad debt.
• Meet and maintain department goals in a fast-paced call center setting.
• Build and maintain strong customer rapport through consistent communication.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior call center experience or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are advantageous.
