Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Veeva CRM Techno-Functional Consultant with 10+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in Veeva CRM, Business Analysis, and Project Management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting life sciences or pharmaceutical clients and be capable of bridging business requirements with technical solutions while managing project deliverables.

The candidate must be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders, leading requirements discussions, coordinating with technical teams, and driving end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and functional analysis for Veeva CRM initiatives.
• Provide techno-functional expertise in Veeva CRM configuration, enhancements, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Understand pharmaceutical commercial processes, including territory management, call reporting, account management, and product detailing.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Coordinate with developers, QA teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to deliver CRM solutions.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Lead UAT planning, test execution coordination, defect resolution, and business sign-off.
• Support integrations, data migration, system enhancements, releases, and deployment activities.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of project commitments.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business teams and technical delivery teams.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience in CRM consulting, business analysis, systems implementation, or technology delivery.
• Strong hands-on or techno-functional experience with Veeva CRM.
• Proven experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated ability to perform Business Analyst responsibilities and manage project delivery.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations and CRM business processes.
• Experience with BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, user stories, UAT, and defect management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce CRM and Veeva platform integrations.
• Familiarity with Veeva Vault and related life sciences applications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance requirements and regulated environments.
