Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards (JDE) SCM Functional Lead to lead functional design, implementation, configuration, testing, and support initiatives across Supply Chain Management processes. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne SCM modules, excellent understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration teams. Experience with EDI integration and EDI testing is a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional activities for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Supply Chain Management (SCM) implementations, enhancements, and support projects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable JDE functional solutions.
• Configure and support JDE SCM modules, including Procurement/Purchasing, Inventory Management, Sales Order Management, and Order Management.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand current processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
• Develop functional specifications for customizations, integrations, reports, and interfaces.
• Partner with JDE technical developers to ensure functional requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
• Lead functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
• Support end-to-end supply chain processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), inventory movements, purchasing, receiving, and fulfillment.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
• Participate in data conversion, cutover, deployment, and post-production support activities.
• Work with integration teams on interfaces between JDE and external applications.
• Support and test EDI transactions and integrations, including validating inbound/outbound transactions and resolving integration issues.
• Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, requirements traceability, and defect documentation.
• Provide guidance and functional leadership to JDE SCM consultants and project team members.
• Collaborate with offshore/onshore teams and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
