Hours & Pay:

  • PRN/Per Diem
  •  3:00pm-7:30pm 
  • Every other weekend required
  • Occasional holidays 
  • $17.00/hour 
  • Prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold dishes according to recipes and production sheets
  • Assist in batch cooking items to ensure optimal food quality and consistency
  • Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
  • Assist in menu planning and suggest new recipes or improvements to existing dishes
  • 1+ year(s) cooking experience preferred
  • High School diploma, GED or eqivalent preferred
  • Ability to read, understand and follow recipes and production sheets accurately
  • Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and adjusting recipe quantities
  • Culinary school training, ServSafe certification or other relevant education are a plus
