ROLE_DESCRIPTION
"Collaborate with Product Owner and Customer(s) Stakeholders to:
Configure and manage On-Call Schedules, Rotations, and Escalation Policies.
Integrate on-call processes with Incident, Major Incident, and Event Management.
Configure notifications, alerts, and mobile support.
Develop ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and automations.
Support 24x7 operations and optimize response processes.
Troubleshoot scheduling and assignment issues."

SKILLS_REQUIRED
"Hands on working experience in ServiceNow (On-Call Scheduling, Shift Management, and ITSM operations).
Strong knowledge of ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Major Incident).
Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Notifications, and Integrations.
ITIL knowledge and strong stakeholder communication skills.
ServiceNow CSA ( CAD ) and CIS-ITSM certifications.
Experience with ITOM/Event Management and monitoring tool integrations.
Good Communication and Stakeholder Management, Analytical Problem-Solving"
