Preventative Maintenance Account Executive | Fort Myers, FL, United States | On-site
This employer is a rapidly growing, full-service building engineering company renowned for its mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services across the southeastern United States. They are seeking a driven individual to expand their preventative maintenance offerings.
The Role
• Identify and close new preventative maintenance agreement opportunities with commercial and industrial clients.
• Conduct facility assessments to understand client needs and system conditions.
• Develop customized maintenance proposals tailored to client goals and site findings.
• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in facilities management and property ownership.
• Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure effective contract delivery.
What You'll Need
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in mechanical services, facilities management, or HVAC/R.
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a defined territory.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
