We're looking for a Community Marketing Agent to join our Travel + Leisure Waikiki Team!

The position pays $16 an hour plus commission and bonuses, with top producers consistently earning $200K+. The Community Marketing Agent is an island and activity expert! In this sales-based role, the Community Marketing Agent works at a variety of concierge style locations throughout popular areas in Waikiki.

The agent engages in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and creates curiosity around Wyndham Resorts.

Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure
Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour
Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals (80% time)
Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current on marketing information and materials, keep current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually. (Travel Requirements
No travel required outside of the home site’s area
Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Training requirements

The hourly rate for this role is $16.00 - $16.00 plus commissions and bonuses.
