Mid-Level Python Software Engineer [$243k/yr+] TS/SCI-FS Poly with Security Clearance

Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.

Summary: • Develop, maintain, and test complex software systems utilizing Python, PySpark, and AWS cloud services including Glue, Lambda, and DynamoDB. • Analyze user requirements, implement mathematical models and algorithms, design database interfaces, and provide technical leadership across the software lifecycle.

Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 7+ years • Total Compensation: $243k+ yearly Job Description: • Design, code, test, and debug new software solutions and modify existing applications to add features or improve performance. • Implement algorithms and mathematical models to meet or exceed system performance and functional standards. • Develop data pipelines, simple and complex queries, and interfaces for databases and data repositories using AWS and DynamoDB. • Integrate software components into new or modified target systems and operating environments. • Assist with developing and executing test procedures for software components and resolve software problem reports. • Provide recommendations for software documentation, process standards, and architectural trade-offs. • Serve as a technical team lead and collaborate with system engineers to analyze workflows, data usage, and requirements.
