Vice President Commercial Loan Officer - Commercial Banking

The Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer manages and grows a commercial lending portfolio, primarily in the Twin Cities area. This role originates and structures commercial credit facilities, analyzes financial statements and collateral, prepares credit memoranda, and ensures compliance with lending policies and regulations. The officer maintains strong client relationships, cross-sells banking services, and partners with internal teams to deliver responsive service while proactively monitoring risk and loan performance.

Responsibilities
