The Role

As HR Advisor, you'll be a trusted partner to managers, providing expert guidance on a wide range of HR matters and helping to drive a positive employee experience across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
• Manage employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance issues.
• Support and coach managers on people-related matters and best practice.
• Conduct investigations and assist with formal HR processes.
• Support organisational change, employee engagement and HR projects.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.

About You

• Previous experience operating at HR Advisor level.
• Strong employee relations experience with the confidence to manage cases independently.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting managers within a medium to large organisation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• CIPD qualification or working towards would be advantageous.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage a varied workload.
