Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Design, develop, and maintain automated UI, API, integration, regression, and data testing solutions using modern automation frameworks.
2. Execute test scenarios, analyze results, identify defects, perform root-cause analysis, and validate fixes across web applications, APIs, and data environments.
3. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with development teams on test strategies, code quality, release readiness, and defect resolution.
4. Apply AI-assisted testing techniques and modern QA practices to improve test coverage, test data preparation, regression analysis, and overall software quality.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	6–9 years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation, including web, API, data, and enterprise application testing.
Technical Skills	Selenium, Playwright, Java, JavaScript, Python, Karate Framework, Jenkins, REST API Testing
Business / Domain Skills	Test Automation, Software Quality Assurance, Web Application Testing, API Testing, Big Data Testing, Retail POS Systems
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience testing retail Point-of-Sale (POS) applications or other complex enterprise retail systems.
2. Experience using AI-assisted testing tools and professional experience with Go programming.
