Job Description

Job Title: ADP Workforce Now Specialist
Location: Seattle, WA
Employment Type: Remote (Contract)
Interview Process: Video Only
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Administer and maintain ADP Workforce Now modules.
  • Configure and manage benefit plans, eligibility rules, and enrollments.
  • Support Business Solver integrations and benefits administration processes.
  • Build, monitor, and troubleshoot inbound/outbound data feeds with carriers and vendors.
  • Validate data accuracy, perform testing, and resolve system issues.
  • Generate reports and support compliance and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Payroll, IT, and external vendors.
 
Required Skills:
 
  • ADP Workforce Now experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Business Solver.
  • Strong knowledge of Benefits Plan Configuration and Feed Management.
  • Experience with HRIS integrations, data validation, and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
